I am a Professor Emerita of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and have practiced in this field for 30 years. My practice has been devoted solely to the treatment of dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders. After developing a destructive disease of my inner ear, I learned that the knowledge of vertigo disorders was generally very limited. That inspired me to start a practice limited to these conditions. I have been privileged to meet and help thousands of people with vertigo over these many years. By sharing their dizziness experiences with me and partnering in my research, they have taught me much about the world of dizziness.
